Over the last 6 months I have purchased two groups of discus. One group of domestics including Blue Diamonds and Blue Scorpions. The other group is a group of wild Heckels. Both groups I quarantined and have put in their respective 60 gallons tanks. They are both doing just fine and eating well. I thought I would try to order from Mike and Discus.com and the benefits have paid off. Mike has given me the utmost in customer service and I can tell he truly pays attention to giving the most to clients. Kudos to Mike and everyone should do so also. Here is a pic of the Heckel tank.
These look way better than what I expected. I expected nice fish, but these are on a whole new level.
The discus I purchased from Discus.com are doing very well and really starting to get their full coloration after their long trip. They have a very good temperament and mix well with the discus I already had in the tank. When I opened the bags and saw my new discus for the first time I was happy with the overall health and shape of the fish. I purchased a Red Melon, Red Turquoise (amazing clean sharp pattern/markings), Blue/Red Snakeskin, Cobalt and Yellow-Faced Blue Nhamunda Heckel. Shape of the fish are all good with a couple having the perfect discus shape. Usually getting discus to starting eating well takes a few days buy not these guys they ate well right from the start. Dealing with Discus.com (Michael) has been a pleasure and I will recommend them to other people and look forward to acquiring a couple more from Discus.com to complete my tank. I am sure you will be happy with the service and your new Discus when you purchase from Michael and Discus.com.
