The discus came in beautiful. They traveled very well and became acclimated to my tank very quickly. The colors on the German Red Turquoise, Red Base are vibrant. As is the color on the Pearl Pigeon Snakeskin Discus. As always, I am very happy with my order and continue to recommend you in our discus community.

I ordered on Nov 26th. As of today Dec 10th my order has not yet arrived.

After reaching out to customer service I was told to track on usps (I had already done that several times). I asked if there was anything they could do to check on the order from their end since it’s been sitting in one city for over a week.

Customer service says once shipped it’s out of their hands, but if I’d like to reorder and pay for overnight shipping they’ll make sure it gets to me. That’s not great customer service.



It would have been nice if they even pretended to care about my order or me as a first time customer.

I will not be ordering anything further from this company.



From Michael: We will continue monitoring this situation. If you don't receive the package within this coming week, I will issue you a full refund or ship you a replacement. Once the package is in USPS's hands, it's out of our control.

The fish arrived. I thought I was going to lose all of them. They were half dead floating upside down, but this morning they are all alive… and need a few days to be normal. Ty.

I do not believe this is what I ordered. From Michael: Hi Amanda, you ordered baby fish. They will expectedly look different from my full grown 6” adults. If you want exactly what’s in the photos, you need to order larger fish. Rest assured your order was correctly fulfilled.
