Brilliant Blue

The brilliant turquoise discus is similar to the standard turquoise, but has thicker stripes and more vivid, metallic colors. Unlike the standard turquoise, the brilliant turquoise is more likely to have dotted dorsal and anal fins. The anal fin dots can be red, but the fish does not have red in its body. The ventrals are striped turquoise and red.
