You more than replaced them w the hand selection and obvious upgrades on the sizes but I still appreciate that. I live in a fish desert and have to drive over 2 hrs to get to a place to buy fish. This is AMAZING!

I cannot say enough about the customer support I have received. There are NO other businesses out there where a direct phone number is readily given and the phone is actually answered by THAT person…first try! In addition, Michael has been promptly emailing to check in on the remaining fish.



Sadly, shipping did not go well. Upon opening the package, water was found to be everywhere in the bottom and one discus was flopping around for dear life in about an inch of water. That one did not make it 48 hours later, but the surviving discus is quite beautiful. All of the bushy nosed-long fin albino Pleco’s were deceased and decomposing upon arrival, but the Otocinclus were in great health and are still thriving. We have been given credit for the fish that didn’t make it, but the non-refundable, $100 shipping fee sure does sting. I knew the risks going in, but was more optimistic than the outcome. The price of ordering fish online sadly.

Great Looking fish, Colors are showing, even in the Juvies 3”- 3.5”. So excited to watch them grow & see the colors blossom as Adults. Thanks, they are awesome!!

They had a rocky start for sure. Not sure what happened in shipping, with the wet box and all, but I did as you instructed, left the lights off all day no food. I just let them rest.



This morning, they are all up and looking much better. Whew! And, even when I was on unpacking them, I couldn’t help but admire the quality. And the size. They are gorgeous!



Hopefully all will continue to go well, thank you so much for sending such beautiful fish!

I ordered ten, got a wide range in sizes (2" - 3.5") so I'm having acclimation issues (big guys dominating the tank). My Blue Mercury is still just white with just a hint of blue in the fins. I understand it takes a while for the color to show. Of all my fish I received this was the only one with bad shape (notice flat face instead of classic disc look). He happens to be my most aggressive one, I might have to take him to my local shop and try to trade him but his shape might be a problem. From Michael: Jeff, I will replace this fish at no cost to you in your next order. I'm disappointed in the shape of this one, and it should never have been shipped.
