    The fish are amazing. Overall great transaction. Would have preferred more specifics on the delivery. I requested(selected preferred delivery) date on a day off. However, they showed up four days later and I had to leave work 26 miles away to retrieve them from my porch. Inconvenient, but I still give 5 stars because Michael was in communication and once I received the tracking information I knew when to look for them on my cameras. From Michael: Herman, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The date indicator on the checkout form is "preferred," and we always try to target the customer's indicated date. However, due to the complexities involved with shipping live tropical fish, we require a degree of flexibility from customers. Tracking numbers are emailed a day in advance of the fish being shipped in order to provide sufficient preparation time to receive the order.
