Where should i post my review ? I need everyone to know how satisfied I am. All the fish were in great health when received! Very satisfied with my order ! Thank you. Only issue I've had is it looks like I received two orange discus and one was suppose to be a Fuji red and also my golden nugget pleco was a different color. Would definitely recommend you guys and I will be buying more schooling fish from you!
Hi, my name is Mark W. I placed an order for 4 discus a few weeks ago. I do understand that shipping fish across the country comes with its challenges and I have realistic expectations however I lost one and am nursing another back from the brink. My main problem is not receiving what I ordered. I specifically wanted a solid red discus. Instead I received an albino orange and red melon and another orange discus. The blue one died. This is the second order I was given the wrong discus. I’d really like to get a solid red discus. Please advise. Thanks From Michael: Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you're disappointed. You ordered a 3” baby fish and are comparing it to a 7” adult fish. If you want exactly what’s in the photo, you need to order adults. Babies take time to grow into their final colors. The fish look 100% spot-on based on your pics. Also, if you’re finding that you’re repeatedly dissatisfied with my orders, you may need to find a different fish vendor and see if they’ll do a better job than I have for you. No discus is 100% solid red -- it doesn't exist. Not even the adults are if you look carefully enough.
They all arrived in good shape. All three are good sized too. One has some travel issues, kinda on his side but he’s getting better. They are in the quarantine tank with a few black skirts. We kept the lights out until today. We fed them brine shrimp this morning and two charged right up to eat.
Here’s the three new guys we just received from you in the quarantine tank, plus an angelfish. He thinks we are going to feed him every time we come by. All three are good size. Two of the three discuss ate today, one is still pretty shy. All look good. You’d never guess they spent yesterday bouncing around in a box. Thank you.
